| The renting of your pitch only comes into effect once we have agreed and received the renting contract, together with a cheque, a eurocheque or an international money order. The definitive pitch will be determined by the camping owners on the day of your arrival. If ever you wish to change the dates of your stay, we cannot guarantee you the same pitch. You can take up your pitch from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m. In case you are late, please tell us beforehand. If you do not, the camping owners can then use the pitch freely and you cannot get your deposit back. |
Payment of the stay :
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation.
The balance for your stay must be paid:
For rented accommodations, in case of late arrival or early departure, no refund can be done. Accommodations must be vacated before 10 a.m.
All campers must comply with the camping rules and regulations. It is up to campers to take out insurance; the camping owners disclaim all responsibility in case of robbery, fire, bad weather…etc and in the case of any incident that comes within the personal liability of the camper. The renting is done in a strictly private capacity. The tenant cannot in any case either sublease or lease his renting without the consent of the camping owners
ATTENTION : for rented accommodations, a 150€ deposit will be required at the beginning of your stay (in order to meet any damage to the equipment or to the accommodation itself and in case the accommodation is left dirty).
Campers are requested to pay for their stay the day before they leave.
